Visualization of Vessels

Cardiovascular imaging with current multislice spiral computed tomography (MSCT) technology enables a noninvasive evaluation of the coronary arteries. The research topic focuses on advanced transfer functions for MSCT datasets and the rendering of the cardiac vessel system, including dirct volume rendering visualizations and multiplanar reformation.
